Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the StrangerVoice mobile application ("App") operated by StrangerVoice ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StrangerVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StrangerVoice. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use StrangerVoice
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

When using StrangerVoice, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share explicit, sexual, or inappropriate content
• Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal behavior
• Spam, solicit, or advertise products/services
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the App
• Record calls without the consent of other participants
• Share personal information of other users

5. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share during voice calls. We do not monitor or record calls, but we may take action based on user reports.

6. Reporting and Moderation

• You can report inappropriate behavior through the App
• We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action
• Actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban
• We may cooperate with law enforcement when required

7. Premium Features and Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the respective app store policies

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by StrangerVoice and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The behavior or conduct of other users
• The accuracy of any information provided by users

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRANGERVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrangerVoice from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
